Alba truffle is a rarity among truffles known in gastronomy. Its season is short, from October to mid-December, that is when we can enjoy its pungent aroma.

Black Truffle (T. melanosporum) collected in France, Spain, Argentina and other countries is a truffle with a complex and elegant aroma.

Its season begins in mid-November until mid-February, in Europe. In the southern hemisphere in countries like Argentina, the season is shorter from mid-June to the end of August.
